Starbase details player bases in the latest dev video

Frozenbyte are showing off another aspect of Starbase in this latest video and I for one think it is a wonderful subject, as this one deals with lots that players can buy, giving them a place to park their ship and kick back.

The game is coming to early access later in the year, there is just no date yet.
