Pokémon Legends: Z-A has been announced, coming in 2025
During the recent Pokémon Presents, the next major Pokémon game was announced and its set within the Legends series, which Arceus began. Called Pokémon Legends: Z-A, the game is coming to Switch in 2025 and we have the trailer below.
As you might have guessed, there is literally nothing in that trailer, except of the confirmation of one town, Lumiose City. This was the location that Pokémon X and Pokémon Y used as its base, but this time a redevelopment has been taking place, indicating that it will have been some years since our last adventure there.
Beyond the setting, the only statement we got was the following:
A new adventure awaits within Lumiose City, where an urban redevelopment plan is underway to shape the city into a place that belongs to both people and Pokémon. Please look forward to seeing it for yourself.
As for a release, we know its 2025 and for Switch, with the Pokémon Company making the statement it being available for the Switch family of systems, which means original, Lite and OLED, not Switch 2.
