Outward Definitive Edition is coming to Switch, taking players back to the start
Plaion and Nine Dots Studio Inc. have announced that Outward: Definitive Edition will soon arrive onto Nintendo Switch, giving players on the portable platform a chance to enjoy this beloved classic.
The Switch version was actually devolved by Sneaky Box, with Nine Dots Studio overseeing it, so its going to deliver the same experience that fans love, which is why the sequel is so highly sought after.
Thankfully this is not just a port, as the Definitive Edition includes the base game, along with the DLCs “The Three Brothers” and “The Soroboreans” – along with a plethora of new and updated content, including new weapons, dungeons and quality of life improvements.
Set in the world of Aurai, players step into the boots of an ordinary adventurer defending themselves against threatening creatures, braving hazardous environmental conditions, and keeping healthy and hydrated.
So, check your backpack to ensure you’re well-prepared for you journey through cities, dangerous hidden dungeons (teeming with formidable enemies), and as you traverse the untamed wilderness.
As for when the game is out, March 28 is the date, if you wanted to play this game now, you can do so on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
