My Time at Evershine has been revealed, keeping the series going
Developers Pathea have announced their next entry in their ‘My Time’ series with My Time at Evershine, an all-new game that will take players to a new land and introduce a number of new characters. Check out the first trailer for the game below.
"My Time at Evershine" flips the gameplay on its head by elevating the player from a mere builder to the esteemed Governor. In this pivotal role, you begin with the humble beginnings of a campfire, yet it's your strategic vision and leadership that will steer the growth of an entire city and its inhabitants. As Governor, you're liberated from the minutiae of daily tasks, delegated to other characters, allowing you to concentrate on the grander scheme of the city's destiny and the thrilling perils that lie ahead.
3 years after the events of My Time at Sandrock, the Duvos Empire has taken over the Orzu Ruins which Ethea also claims as their own, leading to a tense situation just north of the Alliance of Free Cities border in the Northern Eufaula region. In response, the Alliance has launched the North Development Plan to move settlers into the area and establish a new City-State for better defense. Evershine is one of six major new settlements in the area and will prove pivotal in the ongoing hostilities.
The game itself has no release date, but it will arrive on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The studio have also revealed the game will come to future Nintendo platforms yet to be announced, which may technically make this the first game confirmed for the new Nintendo console.
