Diablo IV is embracing the bloodlust with its new Season of Blood
Blizzard have announced that Season of Blood, the latest season of content for Diablo 4 is now available, giving players to chance to team up with the Vampire Hunter Erys and fight a bloodthirsty new threat.
Of course a new season means new gear to obtain, but this time the gear will take second place to your new power. There are Elite Vampires around the world now and taking them down will unlock 3 unique pacts to customise your armour through crafting, check them out below.
The big addition is of course the new questline, where Sanctuary has been overrun by an army of vampires and you will need to team up with Erys, a Vampire Hunter to discover the source of the vampires and put an end to the threat.
I said before that a new season means new gear and that is the case here as well, as you can imbue your gear with blood, making it more powerful against those pesky bloodsuckers.
In addition to the new content, a major patch has been released, which adds in a host of gameplay, visual and balance updates. The patch notes, which are quite large, can be found here.
