Build a deadly maze to keep people out, while you raid theirs in Meet Your Maker
Behaviour Interactive have announced an all-new game coming in 2023, Meet Your Maker, a first person builder and raiding game, where players will build labyrinths and fill them with traps to keep people from getting the goods, while you then tackle those from other players. Check out the reveal trailer for the game below.
The game is straight forward, on one hand you are the Mastermind, the creator of your own Outpost and you can fill it with all sorts of traps and guards, all to protect untouched genetic material, a rarity on the post-apocalyptic planet. Once you have done that, you can then venture out to Outposts created by other players and try to make off with their material.
“Behaviour Interactive is known for creating unique moments for players and Meet Your Maker clearly delivers on this reputation,” said Ash Pannell, Creative Director. “The game is built on UGC and creates deep social connections, whether you play alone or co-op. As a builder, share your meticulously built Outpost and watch other players take them on via our replay system. It never gets old to watch others die. You’ll reap rewards and learn how to strengthen your creation. As a raider, you’ll try, die, retry, and eventually gain the knowledge to extract that Genmat and exit victoriously. In both cases, it’s highly entertaining and always fun to watch. Players can expect to get their hands on the game in 2023, and in the meantime they can sign up on the Meet Your Maker website for an opportunity to join in the Closed Playtest which begins on August 23rd.”
This isn’t just about you building, there is more going on in terms of story, because in this dying world, players take on the role of the Custodian, servant to the Chimera: a living experiment created as a last resort to save life on Earth.

Right now there is no release date for the game, outside of 2023, but when it does launch it will hit PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
