Last week Wired Productions hosted their own Direct, same name and all, but in it was the reveal of the next game from the developers of Vostok Inc, Nosebleed Interactive. What unique game might they create next, how about a love letter to classic videogame arcades, say hello to Arcade Paradise.
Part simulation and part classic arcade game, players will get the keys to an old laundromat, converting it to an arcade, with the hopes of building it up to a money making empire, before your father finds out.
Daddy dearest will call often, voiced by Doug Cockle, known for his work as Geralt of Riviera, offering advice on ways you can improve the laundromat, how that plays out will be up to you.
When you are not planning on what to do next, you can enjoy over 35 arcade games, each fully realized with its own gameplay, stories, missions and high scores to set! Inspired by 3 decades of gaming, from early vector games right up to the 32-bit era.
The best news is that the games can be played with friends, or against them, just like classic games from arcades around the world.
The game is coming later in 2021 and will release across all platforms, PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S
