Batter Up! Super Mega Baseball 2 is coming to Switch
Metalhead Software is bringing the critically acclaimed baseball game Super Mega Baseball 2 to the Nintendo Switch for the first time as Super Mega Baseball 2: Ultimate Edition, which includes all the DLC previously released as well.
Whether a rookie or baseball purist, Super Mega Baseball 2: Ultimate Edition packs a mode for everyone. Compete in ranked Pennant Race mode (1v1), dominate friends in arranged matches (1v1, 2v1, 2v2), or take on the AI (solo, local co-op, online co-op) - all kept fair by Ego, the genre's most flexible difficulty system.
“We’ve thought for a long time that Super Mega Baseball 2 would be a fantastic fit for the Switch and our community has told us the same,” said Metalhead Co-Founder Scott Drader. “We’re hyped to finally reveal that Nintendo users will soon have their hands on it.”
The game has been optimised, to run at 60fps in both docked and handheld, so no matter how you play, you will get a smooth baseball experience. The best news though, is that the game is coming out this week, so hit the warm up cage and practice your swings.
