Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon is bringing the series back in 2023
In a surprising move, FromSoftware and Bandai Nampo announced at The Game Awards 2022 that Armored Core is making a comeback, with Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon and is the first game in more than 10 years. Check out the reveal trailer for it below.
In this latest version of the game, players will be able to freely move through massive three-dimensionalenvironments with rapid maneuverability while experiencing visceral vehicular combat. Signature to FromSoftware’s carefully crafted game design, the game will feature challenging and memorable battles along with a fulfilling progression system and deep gameplay, all of it now powered by assembling mechs and going to combat with massive bosses. Players will recognize the sense of satisfaction and achievement when they overcome a difficult situation and relish momentary victory, and perhaps a boost to their standing, before encountering the next challenge.
Right now the game is only dated for 2023, with nothing firmer than that, but when it does release it will come to PC, Xbox and PlayStation platforms.
