A new look at Exoprimal occurred as part of the Capcom Showcase
During the recent Capcom Showcase, Exoprimal delivered a new trailer, showing off that the AI they entrusted to help them, turned on them and is what is causing the dinosaurs to appear, check out the new trailer below.
After the trailer, the games director explained more about the game, including that the AI’s desire to have you keep repeating the missions, as a way to explain why you can, as they seek to learn more about humans.
Each match of Exoprimal can change wildly depending on Leviathan’s objectives, so you’ll need to be prepared for anything… up to and including working with the opposing team. Not every match will result in conflict, as players on both teams may need to put aside their differences to take on terrifying new foes together. The fearsome Neo T. Rex is one of these mutated monstrosities, and both teams must cooperate to take it down before time runs out.
More details about Leviathan and the suits, can be found on the Capcom Blog.
A Closed Network Test is set to take place, letting players sample the game, but more importantly, to allow the developers a chance to test out their game and servers ahead of the launch next year. Those who want to take part can do so by signing up here, the test is only for Steam however, so if you don’t have a PC you are out of luck for now.
