A new look at Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak just before it releases
Kicking off the recent Capcom Showcase was an all new trailer for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak the expansion coming on June 30 for Switch and PC, expanding what the most welcoming Monster Hunter game has to offer.
In addition the above trailer, they also detailed the Jungle, a location that first appeared in the series back in Monster Hunter 2, with the location changing over time, more so during the time of day.
The Espinas monster from Monster Hunter Frontiers is also making a return, joining the Gore Magala from Monster Hunter 4, but even with those the team still have more monster to release.
If you want to sample the expansion, a demo for it is being released, offering up some training quests, epic hunts, including a super advanced one. The Demo is coming later today, you can access the Switch shop here.
As always, a host of free content updates are coming later after the expansion releases, the first update is coming in August, with more coming sometime in the Spring, then one in Summer before the year ends, but more will roll out in 2023.
