Enjoy the BlizzCon 2018 opening.... in Sydney?

Ever wanted to attend the grand opening of Blizzcon, but can't afford to get to Los Angeles for it, well Blizzard Australia have the next best option, Sydney. They have partnered with Hoyts, to allow fans to attend a special event screening, where the Opening Ceremony will be shown on the screen.

But that is not all, a host of matches from the various Blizzard games, will be on show from 1pm. With five Australian and New Zealand teams competing, and global bragging rights and more than a million dollars in cash prizes on the line, watch as we take on the world’s best. Cheer on our local legends as they compete in some of the biggest matches from the BlizzCon stages, and while you’re surrounded by your fellow Blizzard esports fans! Comfortable cinema seating? Check. Booming sound? Check. Huge screen? Check. You’ve never seen esports like this before.

Entry to the event will set you back $20 a ticket, but for that you also get a $10 candy bar credit, perfect getting some popcorn for those spectacular announcements that likely to blow up the big screen.
