Elite Dangerous: Beyond - Chapter Two is now available

Frontier have announced that the next chapter in the Elite Dangerous saga is out now for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In Beyond: Chapter Two, players will find two new ships – the Krait Mk II and the Alliance Challenger – as well as a selection of new Wing Missions, installation interactions, new settlements to explore and a cache of new Guardian weapons and technology from the Tech Brokers to combat the ever-growing and ever-encroaching Thargoid threat.

Chapter Two is the first of two smaller instalments coming as part of the Elite Dangerous Beyond series of updates, with a larger update coming in Q4 of this year, introducing Squadrons and featuring improvements to Mining, Exploration and much more.

Chapter Three is already in the works and will be free for all players, and will focus on community-requested enhancements to the overall player experience.  Alongside those core foundational changes, new in-game content will progress the ever-expanding player-driven storyline and give pilots across the galaxy new tools to shape the ongoing narrative.
