Discover What Happens When Yoshis Meet amiibo in a Cute New Trailer for Yoshi's Woolly World

Nintendo has announced that Yoshi's Woolly World will be compatible with more than just the previously announced Yarn amiibo, in fact it will be compatible with over 40 amiibo.



When you tap your character amiibo, Yoshi will take on the appearance of that character, as seen below.

This is of course ontop the Yarn Yoshi feature of adding in another Yoshi to control, you can also scan in a regular Yoshi amiibo for the same bonus.

Look for the game when it releases on Wii U on June 25th, for 80 as a stand alone game, or 90 with a green Yarn amiibo included, pink and blue can be purchased individually for $25.
