Splatoon Gets New Details & A Release Window

During the most recent Nintendo Direct, more details were revealed about the upcoming shooter Splatoon.



Alongside the Multiplayer that was on show at E3 and the recently announced single player story mode, Splatoon will also feature a plaza, where characters from the game world and other players will mingle. The plaza is also the hub where you can access the multiplayer games as well as a variety of stores to customise your Inkling.

You are able to customise weapons, shoes, hats and outfits. You can use coins you earn in game to purchase new items that can modify your stats and allow you to gain an edge over the competition.

Splatoon is due for release in May.
