PAX Australia 2013 - Black Annex seeks to restore our memories of a golden age of games.

One of the great parts of the Penny Arcade Expo's, no matter which one you go to, is the Indie Showcase. At each event, there are a number of games selected to showcase themselves to the public. I have already talked about one of them a few weeks back, Fractured Soul and now I am gonna mention another star game. Black Annex

Now it might be hard for some gamers to believe, or even remember depending on your age, but there was a time that isometric games were all the rage, games like Theme Hospital, Theme Park and such were huge games, and I myself spent hours in them. Black Annex is just Theme "Game" but with Spies.

This is one game I can't wait for as it takes me back to the days of classic games, but adds some new modern twists. While I was not able to get hands on today, after speaking with the creator Lance, there was no doubt in my mind that this game is going to be amazing. Check out the video below to see what I mean.
