Xbox Series X pre-orders kick off on September 22nd at 8am
Xbox Australia has confirmed that those looking to order themselves the Xbox Series X or the Xbox Series S, will be able to order them from 8am on Tuesday September 22nd.
Next week, beginning September 22, you’ll be able to pre-order both Xbox Series X, our most powerful console ever made, and Xbox Series S, our smallest console ever delivering next-generation performance at a more affordable price. Xbox Series S and Series X will be available in 37 countries on November 10, and 41 countries by this holiday. You can secure your place in the next generation by pre-ordering Xbox Series X at $749 (Estimated Retail Price) or Xbox Series S at $499 (Estimated Retail Price), or for a low monthly price through Xbox All Access. Or grab both, if that’s your thing!
While orders are not being taken until 8am on the 22nd, some retailers have listings up already, so you can make a shortcut, to save you some time. If you wanted to go direct, you can get it from Microsoft, here is where you need to go for the Series X and here for the Series S.
If brick and mortar stores are more your speed, then you can check out EB Games, who have direct product links, here for the Series X and here for the Series S, while others are just on a general page for now. Click here for JB HiFi or here for The Gamesmen, Amazon will likely have them, but there are no listings yet and currently Target have nothing listed and Big W are just taking expressions of interest.
Those who are wanting to pay it off monthly, via Xbox All Access through Telstra, will need to visit here on the day, in order to place their order. Those that do will pay $33 a month for the Series S and $46 a month for the Series X, but both come with Game Pass Ultimate, which means hundreds of games and Xbox Live Gold.
