Xbox is celebrating 20 years next month and they are hosting a stream to celebrate
Xbox have announced that they are set to host a 20th anniversary stream, but like their usual shows this one is set to air in the middle of the night for those in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other countries around here. This is what they have said about the show so far.
We invite you to join us on Nov. 15 to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Xbox and Halo with a fun, digital broadcast for fans around the globe. While we won’t announce any new games, this anniversary broadcast will be a special look back at 20 years of Xbox. We’ll share more details soon, so stay tuned.
So while there are no plans to announce anything new, they don’t say anything about showing off updates to existing games.
The bigger problem is that yet again, Xbox has decided to ignore an entire portion of the world, by hosting it at 10am in Los Angeles, which means for us it is the following times:
AEDT - Nov 16 5am
AEST - Nov 16 4am
ACDT - Nov 16 4:30am
ACST - Nov 16 3:30am
AWST - Nov 16 2am
Not exactly the best time to be up and celebrating 20 years of Xbox, but hey, if you want to, at least you know the times, if the exact plans are not yet public
