The launch trailer for Apex Legends upcoming season Defiance shows how mad things are about to get

Apex Legends is getting close to celebrating its third year of the games and with that comes a new Legend in Mad Maggie, check our her story trailer here, but there are also some bigger changes coming, from a new mode to a change of location for Olympus, check out the Season 12 launch trailer below.

The new mode is called Control and in it, you will select your loadout and drop in to a 9v9 experience where teams battle to hold control points with infinite respawn.

More details on Apex Legends: Defiance, including Control and the updates to Olympus, will be revealed in the coming days, leading up to the update’s official launch on February 8 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Origin and Steam.
