The Last Of Us Season 2 gets its first trailer
HBO and PlayStation have released the first trailer for the second season of The Last of Us, which aims to tell a version of the story players found in the sequel game, check it out.
Viewers might have noticed Catherine O’Hara in the trailer, who is seemingly playing a therapist in the show, which is something Joel likely needs. But if you have played the game, then you will know that the game does not have any sort of therapist character.
That alone provides hope that the second season of the show will put their own spin on the story, much like how they expanded some characters in new ways in the first season. The trailer also provides the first looks at Kaitlyn Dever as Abby and Isabela Merced as Dina.
Right now the show is only showing 2025 for release, but reports are indicating the first half of the year is likely. While the first season is available to watch on Binge here in Australia, there are plans for HBO Max to be offered in our country next year and if that happens, this could be one of the first shows there, but only time will tell.
