Suit up as Super Robot Wars Y is revealed and coming later this year
Bandai Namco last week in the Nintendo Direct for Japan, announced Super Robot Wars Y, a new entry in the series that brings a number of mech franchises together. Check out the new trailer for the game below.
Super Robot Wars Y will include many units and mecha from series like:
Combattler V
Aura Battler Dunbine
Mobile Fighter G Gundam
Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury Season 1
Majestic Prince
Macross Delta: Passionate Walküre
Code Geass Lelouch of the Re;surrection
Getter Robot Arc...and more!
This game is the newest addition to the Super Robot Wars series which is now more than 30 years of age. Players will have to place their units strategically and command them to defeat their opponents. To strengthen their heroes and overcome the next challenge, they will be able to upgrade their units and train their pilots with the credits and resources earned after each mission.
The game is coming to Switch, PlayStation 5 and PC later this year, but there is no set date at this time.
