Sink into the horror with Monstrum II as it heads towards a closed beta
Indie developer Junkfish have announced that Monstrum II, their follow up title to Monstrum will enter into a closed beta state later in 2020, with sign ups available now. Celebrating this, they have also released a new cinematic trailer, to help set the mood.
The game is an asymmetric multiplayer and features up to 4v1 gameplay, set on an abandoned sea fortress. Monstrum 2 takes survival horror to the next level by combining first person stealth gameplay with extensive procedurally generated environments that keeps each playthrough dynamic.
With the first game, the maps were created by hand, now though, they will be created at random before each match, meaning if you are the humans or the monsters, you will never know what to expect. If you are keen on testing out the game, you can register your interest in the closed beta here.
