Save your friends in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake

As part of their anniversary showcase, THQ Nordic have announced that Spongebob Squarepants is back in the world of games with The Cosmic Shake, check out the reveal trailer for this new game below.

Spongebob and Patrick are given wishes from a mysterious fortune teller named Kassandra and as one might expect, they are not all that careful and accidentally open up ports to Wishworlds, in which their friends start to get lost within.

There will be seven worlds to explore and more than 30 ways to dress Spongebob up, no word on if the costumes impact gameplay though, but if you didn’t guess from the trailer, music will play a big part of this new adventure, with 101 songs from the series being included in the game.

There is no release date for the game yet, but it will coming to PC, Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 when it does.
