Save the world game when Soccer Story kicks off later this month
Those delightful folks at No More Robots and developer PanicBarn have announced that Soccer Story will kick-off on November 29th for all consoles and PC, including a Game Pass release on day one.
An event called The Calamity has occurred and it is not a good thing, because it has torn apart the foundations of soccer. With those events in the minds of people around the world, Soccer Inc has risen up to take control of the sport and banned it, leaving everyone with two feet and nothing to kick, I would ask if they have considered AFL though.
Out of nowhere a magical soccer ball has presented itself to the Saviour, someone who can fight back, help restore the world of Soccer back to its rightful place and that someone is you. Here are some of the feature the devs called out as being important:
Drop your soccer ball and play anywhere! The world is full of goals, puzzles and secrets - it's up to you to find them!
Play a single-player story full of quirky characters, quests, rogue refs, and wacky soccer-adjacent sports
Build your soccer career and do battle against the fiercest soccer teams like literal sharks, toddlers, old-age pensioners, and ninjas
Save soccer and restore peace and harmony to the world
Grab a friend for a four-player local multiplayer match mode with a full roster of teams and animal captains
FISHING MINIGAME
The game will be out on November 29th for Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The latter two|three platforms will have it on Game Pass as well.
