Saints Row is getting back onto the road with their road map

Volition, the folks behind the Saints Row series, including the recent reboot, have announced the roadmap for the game, showing off what players can expect over the next few months.

The only dated piece from the map below is that of the Dead Island 2 cosmetic pack, which will arrive on April 11th, just a week and change before the game that inspires it all, finally releases.

As you can see via the infographic, each of the remaining releases will occur on May, July and August, exact dates will be revealed closer to them.

With each release there are two parts, the free content and the paid content, with the paid stuff available through the expansion pass. The first update will arrive in May and for all players, a brand new district will be added with Sunshine Springs. Alongside that there will be a swathe of quality of life changes (such as overhauled combat, Selfie Mode and more) and improvements.

On the same day, Expansion Pass holders get The Heist & The Hazardous, three new story missions set in Sunshine Springs as the Saints take on an ambitious heist as payback for being double-crossed by a famous actor. 

The second Expansion Pass content hits in July; Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus, a new solo game mode that you guessed it, will be detailed later. Plus, this will also add another free quality of life upgrade and new features being added.

Finally, August sees the release of the third, final and largest pack for the Expansion Pass, details will be revealed closer to its release. August will also see a second new district expansion and quality of life update that is free for all players.
