Rogue Company is coming out today... sort of
During the recent Nintendo Direct Mini, Hi-Rez Studios and developers First Watch Games announced that Rogue Company would be getting a new Rogue, but just after the direct finished, they announced the game is available now.. sort of.
While the game was shown during the Direct Mini, it is also coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and set to launch on the same day and will support cross-play and cross-progression on all platforms.
If you want to play the game today, you can, but you have to buy in with one of the founder pack options, which start at $22.50 and go up from there. To see what you get in the three different packs, check out the site here, but all Founder’s Packs will give players:

“From today, players will be able to play Rogue Company with their friends, regardless of platform”, says Scott Lussier, Lead Game Designer. “Whether playing on Switch, PC, PS4 or Xbox One, gamers will enjoy the same intense third-person action at a minimum 60 fps”.
“We’re proud to be launching across four platforms on the same day - a first for Hi-Rez Studios”, says Chris Larson, Executive Producer. “From day one, we’re bringing together a huge community of cross-platform gunslingers and delivering an ever-growing roster of mercenaries, game modes, weapons and gadgets”.
While the game will be free to play when it releases in full, today is technically only a beta, so things may change, if you want to wait for the complete release, you will have to wait until later in the year, but if you want to start now, you can.
