Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Ultimate Edition has a console release date

Developer Obsidian Entertainment and publisher Versus Evil have announced that Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Ultimate Edition now has a console release date, at least for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, a Switch release date will be announced soon. For those without the portable console, the game will be playable on January 28.

In the game you will bend the world to your will as you explore the depths of infinite possibilities, including detailed character customisation, total freedom of exploration, and more meaningful choices at every turn. Featuring an enormous open world, a massive cast of characters, and a story you can play your way, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Ultimate Edition redefines the role-playing game experience for a new generation.

Koch Media, the local distributors for the game have announced that we will not be getting the collectors edition here. If you want it, an international purchase is going to be on order.
