A new Need for Speed game is coming

Electronic Arts have announced a countdown clock on the Need for Speed page, which is set to reveal the next title in the series. The countdown will end at 11pm on Wednesday August 14 and that is all we know, there is no hint if the game is a new console title, which is likely given the time between the last release. Or it could possibly a mobile title.
