More details on the modes available in Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero have been revealed
Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero may have only just been dated for release, October 11 if you were not aware, but Bandai Namco have more to share on the game, as they have released via a new gameplay video.
In the video below, Producer Jun Furutani revealed new details about some of the games modes. Here are the details on the modes explained in the video, if you want to hear direct from Furutani-san, you can check out the video below.
Episode Battle
In this single-player mode, players have the option to select from eight characters, such as Goku or Vegeta, and experience or re-experience pivotal battles beginning with Dragon Ball Z and extending to Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power. However, combat is only one aspect of the entertainment; players can also view cutscenes from a first-person perspective for enhanced immersion and make choices that lead to alternative scenarios in the franchise on specific stages.
Custom Battle
This mode allows players to explore the potential of creating scenarios with their favorite characters from the franchise. Bonus Battles are developer-crafted scenarios featuring various victory conditions and exclusive cutscenes. Moreover, players can craft battles from scratch or modify existing Bonus Battles, designing their ideal confrontations and sharing them globally.
Offline Multiplayer
The final mode that was detailed today was local multiplayer. This is the same as the online multiplayer detailed previously, but just without the online. With this mode veterans and newcomers face each other in the comfort of their homes, reliving their childhood memories or honing their skills in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
