Monster Energy Supercross 25 highlights changes to this years release

Milestone have released a new video for Monster Energy Supercross 25, which reveals some of the big updates coming to the game this year, which includes an all-new physics system, check it out.

Revamping the series from its core, Monster Energy Supercross 25 - The Official Video Game will include all the official content of the 2025 Championship season. This means for the first time, players will be able to race on the tracks of the current season before the real riders do. In addition to the excitement of the ongoing championship, new riding physics will significantly alter the gameplay experience for both veterans and newcomers.

Players will find significant changes in the overall handling due to a reworked bike balance system, which places greater emphasis on the riders’ weight. On the ground, this will have a huge impact both in the whoops and the fastest sections of the tracks, where fans will need to properly manage the riders’ body to counterbalance the bike movement, and in the most technical parts, granting players greater control over the cornering phase. In addition, the steering angle, traction, and tire-to-ground contact phase have all been revised to provide a more realistic and immersive feeling.

Similarly, a renewed stick control system will give players full control of the in-air motion, allowing them to decide how to manage both the riders’ and bikes’ weights after the jump. In this way, performing whips and scrubs will be much more rewarding, and those who master these movements will gain an even greater advantage.

The game will release on April 10 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
