Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 delivers new details on its various new mechanics
Milestone have released a new gameplay trailer for Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged, which delves into some of the new mechanics that players will discover when the game is released on October 19, check it out.
Some outlets are reporting that this is the first gameplay trailer, but the first gameplay came via the recent Nintendo Direct. This however is the first gameplay mechanics reveal, showing off that cars can jump, double jump and more, at the cost of boost.
Cars will also have a ranking, with some being better at speed, others better off road and so on, plus combine that with the fact all the cars can be upgraded, in a number of areas, means there should be a lot to unpack.
The game will also feature an improved Livery Editor will allow the creation of unique designs to stand out on the track, while the new Sticker Editor will enable players to create, save, and share specific patterns and shapes, allowing for further customisation of their vehicle's appearance! Once they are satisfied with their designs, players can share them with the world, showcasing their artistic skills to fellow racers.
The game is coming to Switch, PlayStation, PC and Xbox and will release on October 17th.
