Far Cry 6 leaked and then confirmed by Ubisoft, more details to come
Last night a listing appeared on the Hong Kong PlayStation Store, which seemingly revealed Far Cry 6, staring actor Giancarlo Esposito. While everyone expected it to be real, Ubisoft have confirmed it, with the below tweet.
If the listing is accurate, players will become Dani Rojas, with the spelling of he name, potentially indicating a male or female version, depending on player preference, who is a guerilla fighter against the dictator Anton Castillo, played by Esposito.
It will take place in the country of Yara, with you attempting to help cause a revolution, to dispose of Anton and his son Diego, who has been groomed to take over.
The listing also states that the game is coming in Feb 2021 and will include a free upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version of the game, for those who go digital on PlayStation 4.
Though we have those details, we have to wait until 5am Monday morning, to discover if they are true, but with Ubisoft Forward being only 45 minutes long, we might not get them there, just the reveal of the game. Check out what we think might be coming to the show and check below for the times you can watch it.
