Far Cry 5 is free this weekend on PC
Looking for something to play this weekend, Ubisoft have you covered, if you have a PC, as from 11pm tomorrow night, that is May 29, until 6am on June 1, Far Cry 5 is free, no restrictions.
Set in America, Far Cry 5 offers players total freedom to navigate a serene-looking yet deeply twisted world as the new junior deputy of fictional Hope County, Montana. Players will find that their arrival accelerates a years-long silent coup by a fanatical doomsday cult, the Project at Eden's Gate, igniting a violent takeover of the county. Under siege and cut off from the rest of the world, players will join forces with residents of Hope County and form the Resistance.
On top of that, the entire series is on sale via the Ubisoft Store, excluding one special edition. Head on over and have a look and if you give Far Cry 5 a go this week, your entire progress will transfer to the purchased release, so no need to be shy about giving it a try.
