Adventures awaits as Edens Zero blasts off this July
Konami have announced that Edens Zero will arrive this July 15 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and will give players a chance to enjoy the adventures of Shiki Granbell, Rebecca Bluegarden and Happy. Check out the new trailer for the game below.
Players will get to live out the story from the manga and anime, though there will be new stories and quests to discover as well. There are 8 playable characters in the game, with Shiki and Rebecca being among them, Weisz and Homura are two of the others. Each character special Ether Gear abilities that they can use, in order to fight in battles across the game. Each character also has their own fighting style such as close-range melee, long-range shooting, weapon-based attacks, and offensive magic, so you can sub in the best character for the job in any situation.
With a vast open world to explore, players will be able to undertake over 200 quests, which when combined with the various characters and combat styles, could lead to some fun replays. The world that players will explore is the planet Blue Garden and fans of the manga will see some familiar locations represented, like the Adventurers Guild.
Hiro Mashima is the author of the manga and has been working with the developers to create new content for the game, as well as ensuring that everything is as authentic as it can get.
The game will release on July 15 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but if you are willing to pay more, you can start the adventure 3 days earlier on the July 12.
