EA Sports WRC is bring the series to VR with its newest season
Electronic Arts and Codemasters have announced that Season 4 of EA Sports WRC is getting new content, as you might expect, but on PC Virtual Reality support is also coming to the game.
While there is a PlayStation VR headset, the team at Codemasters are only bringing VR support to PC, at least for now. The new mode has been built using the OpenXR technology, which combined with the games performance will put players into the drivers seat like never before.
The mode is still in active development, the tease in the video above is all we have for now, but the team are targeting for a kate April release, so details should be coming soon.
Of course the new season has a lot more to offer, especially to players without a VR headset. The full detail on what cars, rally pass content and more can be found here. The full patch notes for the game can be found here.
