Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has a unqiue skill system at play

Bandai Namco have released another video for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot that delves into the Soul Emblem system that the game employs, this system lets you equip different souls emblems, in order to change or boost stats, the video explains it better.
