Xbox and developer Obsidian Entertainment have released a new trailer, a brief one at least, for Avowed that shows off some of the game as pre-orders are opening up. Alongside the trailer is the details on the various editions of the game that players can choose from and more beyond.

Just a heads up on the release date too, plenty of people are going on and on about the game now being dated fore release on February 18, but we have known that date since early August.

Ok, so first up lets talk about options in picking the game up, it will be available day one in Game Pass for those Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass PC members, so if you have that, then you are good to go. However if you don’t own the higher tiers, then you can look at the standard edition.

Now in addition to the various editions of the game, the team have confirmed a few details about the accessibility options available to all players.

Third-Person Mode

  • Enjoy the game from a different perspective, enhancing both comfort and gameplay

UI & Camera

  • Customize field of view, disable camera shake, toggle head bobbing, adjust camera sway.

Text & Subtitles

  • Adjust UI text size, subtitle text size, and subtitle background opacity for optimal readability.

Controls

  • Fully remappable controls with adjustable sensitivity for all analog inputs, enhancing gameplay comfort.

Languages

  • While all voice acting will be in English, at launch Avowed will be localized in 12 languages, including French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain and Mexico), Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.


Finally the teams have also confirmed the minimum specs needed for those playing on PC. Again these are the minimum, if you are looking for the best specs or even the ultra, those will come closer to release.
