Cuphead gets new content this April and a new platform
Nintendo hosted a Nindie Spotlight event overnight in the USA and the announcement that kicked it off, is that Cuphead is coming to Switch, joining the Xbox One, PC and Mac releases.
This is the first title, that Microsoft have published, after it was released, that is releasing on another console, Minecraft was on everything, long before they were bought out. Inspired by cartoons of the 1930s, the visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, such as traditional hand-drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds and original jazz recordings.
The game is going to release on April 18 and can be pre-loaded now, but if you own one of the existing versions, on April 18, you need not feel left out as MDHR and Microsoft have announced that more content is coming to the game as well. The free content update that features a variety of new features, art, and back end changes readying Cuphead for the adventures ahead. Mugman is now playable in single-player, there is new art and animation throughout the game and a reduce in loading times for many parts of the game.
