Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Spyro with a wicked cake

This week saw the release of Spyro Reignited Trilogy but also saw the purple dragon turn 20 years old, Activision teamed up with local bakers Raymond Tan and Vickie Liu to create what is one incredible cake.

With cassis grape swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate shards and delicate isomalt sugar work, the cake is a masterpiece in itself, adorned with cookies baked by Vickie, including Sparx the dragonfly and Spyro Gems.
