One of my favourite games released on Wii U and every other platform was SteamWorld Dig, the procedurally generated world made for endless replayability, however the ending of the game never changed, but now the story continues as Image & Form have announced SteamWorld Dig 2



Players will now take control of Dorothy, the scrappy young business bot from the first game, as she attempts to locate her friend Rusty, whom you played as in the first game.

The location has moved from out west to down south in a new Mexican inspired setting, complete with aztec looking ruins. On Nintendo Switch the game will support the system’s unique technologies, like the Joy-Con and HD Rumble.


The game is due this Winter on Nintendo Switch, no other platforms have been announced at this stage. I for one am really looking forward to it.
