Square Enix has released details for the upcoming Dragon Quest Heroes collection coming to Nintendo Switch, with players getting access to both games, including all their additional content that was released previously.

Included in the Dragon Quest Heroes are a wealth of playable characters from across the series, with some characters only appearing in one version, some appear in both.

In addition to those characters, Switch owners will also get access to Ragnar McRyan (from Dragon Quest IV and the chance to fight against a brand new boss in Malroth (a God of Destruction, originally from Dragon Quest II).

Finally, in addition to all of that, Dragon Quest Heroes II can be played entirely co-op with 4 players, either online or in local multiplayer options, with each player on their own Switch.


While the game is launching with the Switch in Japan, a local release date has not yet been confirmed, but it should be sometime soon after.
