Hitman Episode 2 Is Out Today

Those who are ready for more contract hits are in luck as Agent 47 has marked his targets for today as Hitman Episode 2: Sapienza is available now.

“Sapienza is a strong contrast to the Paris fashion show, it’s the nearest thing to a small town released in a Hitman game which we haven’t done before on this scale,” said Hannes Seifert, Studio Head at Io-Interactive. “It’s great to see players having fun with the additional content we have been releasing weekly, and now with a new location I can’t wait to see what they get up to in the sunshine of Sapienza.”

Located on the Amalfi Coast, Sapienza is a beautiful, sun-drenched location full of new challenges and packed with opportunities for the creative assassin to explore. Players can wander through a maze of alleys filled with shops and apartments or explore dungeon like tunnels connecting various parts of the town. Pay respects at a mysterious cemetery, relax by the beach or visit the San Giorgio church tower for a fantastic view of the town.

Those with the season pass will see the download start on its own, those without can purchase the episode on its own if they desire. Those looking for a retail release will need to wait until January 2017 once all the episodes have been released.
