Insert Coin(s) Returns to Sydney August 6

Do you live in Sydney? Are you a fan of retro games? Do you like anything listed above? Then Insert Coin(s) is the event for you and this year it is getting some kick, with Street Fighter V making an appearance and it will even be playable as well.

Rather than myself trying to explain this event, I will let the press release speak for me.

The Insert Coin(s) event series pays tribute to old school arcades, bringing together games, music and geek culture and fashion in a venue that is already known for setting the trends in these spaces. Attendees pay just $15 at the door or via Moshtix for a night of retro gaming (tabletop, pinball and standing arcade units) and the latest gaming titles.

In addition to free candy, Woofy's hot dog cart will also serve grass-fed Angus beef hotdogs with all kinds of toppings. Street Fighter-themed cocktails will also be available in red 'Ryu' and blue 'Chun-Li' varieties – but get in quick!

The daring punters arriving in Street Fighter cosplay have the chance to win exclusive prizes from Turn Left Distribution and QVS! Whether you buy it online or borrow your mum's sewing machine, we want to see you dressed up!
