What you actually felt was the presence of the Ninja. And I'm not talking about the kind that cuts fruit or wears half-shells. No, these deadly shinobi are trained in the art of Ninpo; a practice that can allow the user to create duplicates of their self. In Etrian Mystery Dungeon, Ninja use their mysterious Ninpo arts to bind, trick, and deal damage to their enemies. Luckily, while you are weak like the salted slug and your mind is slow like the sloth on saké, the Ninja is agile, deadly, and ready to fight by your side.
