Nintendo 3DS Explodes With All New Content
This Saturday, the 14th of February will see Nintendo fans overwhelmed with so much content it will be hard to know where to start.
Well lets start with the hardware, as you can't play any games without them and Nintendo fans have two new units to enjoy, if you were lucky enough to get some. Nintendo will be releasing two special editions of the New Nintendo 3DS XL, a Majora's Mask variant and a Monster Hunter 4 one.
Of course, with those themes it wont be hard to think what games are coming out, The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask 3D and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate are both being released and will have extra play options for those that have the New Nintendo 3DS models.
But that is not all, there is still a lot more that is releasing, one of the games is IronFall: Invasion a game that has been made over 3 years by a team of 3. IronFall: Invasion brings fast-paced single-player and six-person local & online multiplayer shooting action.
But we are still not done, Kirby fans get a double dish of goodness this weekend with Kirby Fighters Deluxe and Dedede’s Drum Dash Deluxe. Kirby Fighters Deluxe is based on the popular battle mode in Kirby: Triple Deluxe, this standalone 4-player battle action game contains expanded gameplay, new arenas and the ability to play as a team.
Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe is a standalone rhythm action game includes content not found in Kirby: Triple Deluxe including all-new stages and new obstacles.
For those who want to relax a bit and let the entertainment become something to watch rather than interact with, the Nintendo Anime Channel is also going to become available this weekend. A new video-on-demand service offering fans the chance to stream anime series from the likes of Pokémon and Kirby, with new content being added regularly. Access to the service is granted simply by downloading a free application from Nintendo eShop.
And finally we are at the end, well perhaps one final announcement. new themes will also be released to help celebrate the release of the games. But that is not all, Nintendo has announced that more great content is still to come, these include: Pokémon Shuffle (launching in February), Cooking Mama: Bon Appétit! (7th March), Gardening Mama: Forest Friends (7th March), Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (21st March), Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, (2nd April) Code Name S.T.E.A.M.
