Before The Fall Out Now - Final Fantasy XIV Online

The grand finale of the main scenario of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn begins today with the release of Patch 2.5 - Before the Fall part one,  available now for PC, PS3 and PS4.



Patch 2.5 brings adventurers the first arc of Patch 2.5’s main scenario, including nearly two-thirds of the final main scenario quests, and featuring myriad challenges for every persuasion, with a whole host of exciting new content and experiences.

Highlights in Patch 2.5 – Before the Fall include three new dungeons; Keeper of the Lake, Wanderer’s Palace (Hard mode) and Amdapor Keep (Hard mode), numerous new crafting recipes and gear for gatherers and crafters, as well as the conclusion of the Crystal Tower quest line and The World of Darkness.

Patch 2.5 -  Before the Fall will also see new side story quests, including the adventures of Hildibrand – agent of enquiry, inspector extraordinaire – on his latest investigation, and the Battle in the Big Keep – bringing Gilgamesh on his unending quest for the strongest of swords, as the stage for the final confrontation is set. Patch 2.5 will also continue to bring danger and excitement to the realm of Eorzea with an all-new battle against the primal, Odin, the Dark Divinity.
