NSO: Nintendo drops 7 games for the NES at once

Nintendo is content to drop Nintendo Switch Online titles at random these days and normally, its 2 or 3, or in the event of the Mega Man additions 5, but we have never had 7 games appear at once, outside of a platform launch.

This is the list of games that are available now:

• Urban Champion

• Golf

• Donkey Kong Jr. Math

• Mach Rider

• The Mystery of Atlantis

• SOLAR JETMAN

• COBRA TRIANGLE

The last two games in the list are both from Rare, which brings the count of games made by the company to 12, so still plenty to go. What is interesting is that Nintendo holds the rights to 3 of those games in full, them being the Donkey Kong Country series from the Super Nintendo and the publishing rights to Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64, the remaining games are owned by Microsoft.
