XIII now has a release date for November

Microids have announced that XIII the reimagined title, based on the comic series of the same name, will now release on November 10, having been delayed in order to improve its overall quality.

The series was brought to gamers before by Ubisoft, with David Duchovny voicing the titular Thirteen. The game will tell the same story again, as you play the talented soldier who lost his memory and has been accused of killing the President of the United States.

You wake up injured and amnesic on Brighton Beach with the only clue being a small key and a mysterious tattoo (“XIII”) next to your clavicle.

A limited edition release has been announced as well, which includes the game, steel book case, in-game items and some collectable art cards.

For now though, we do have some screens to enjoy and I must say, the game is looking a might better than I recall it did back on the Gamecube.
