Xbox is getting fired up with a new coloured controller

Xbox have proven that they couldn’t help themselves as they have announced a new colour for the Xbox Series X|S controller, Pulse Red, with it arriving very soon.

The Pulse Red is not to be confused with the Red, similar name, different shade of Red, that the Xbox One received during its lifetime. While a different shade of red, the look is actually more akin to the Shock Blue controller that launched last November.

The controller has a striking red faceplate, along with a black wrap around for the should and trigger buttons, with a core white centre on the back plate, it looks pretty nice.

Of course, as this is designed for the new Series X|S the controller sports the new share button, which you can see below.

But just like the other controllers for the Series X|S, you can connect the controller to any Windows 10 PC, Android device for xCloud or really, any bluetooth enabled platform.

Price wise, this will set you back $94.95, the same price as the Shock Blue, and $5 more than the standard Black and White controllers.
