Wonder Boy is making a return with Asha in Monster World
While it was revealed prior to Gamescom, it was during the show that we got our first look at the new Wonder Boy. A remake of Wonder Boy IV, which was released back in 1994, this has the distinction of having many members of the original game working on it, check out the trailer below.
The game is currently planned for release on Switch and PlayStation 4 in early 2021, but no formal date has been set.
